Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, and Ratingen, Germany, June 29, 2010 -- Ingenico (Euronext : FR0000125346 - ING), the leading worldwide provider of payment solutions, today announces that easycash GmbH, its German affiliate, has been chosen by Reno Fashion & Shoes GmbH as its payment service provider. By the end of June, non-cash payment in the 500 stores of the retail chain will have been successively converted into the networks of easycash.

Following this, approximately 100 affiliated partners will be integrated into the network operations of the payment service provider from Ratingen, Germany. This co-operation covers all debit card payments and is the continuation of a collaboration that ran from 2001 to 2006, when easycash was previously responsible for the processing of payment transactions for Reno.

“We decided to return to this co-operation because easycash combines maximum flexibility and comprehensive problem-solving skills with high cost effectiveness for our company”, explains Manfred Klumpp, Financial Managing Director at Reno Fashion & Shoes GmbH. “As a leading shoe retail company in Europe, we also need to deal with the aspect of Europeanization, which clinched the deal for easycash, given that it forms part of the international Ingenico Group. The completely unproblematic system changeover alone shows that this was definitely the right decision.”
